The Chemistry and Biology of Heparan Sulfate is one of six Programs of Excellence in Glycosciences funded by the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute. Based at Virginia Commonwealth University, the program brings together multi-institutional scientists to transform the landscape of organ transplantation.
